Autumn viewing is annually dominated by The X-Factor but lets be honest who has time to watch TV anyway? When you do want to take time out in front of the telly box, make it count. Here’s what I will be treating my eyeballs to this season.

On BBC  – The Fall Season 3 returns on a Thursday night with Jamie Dornan. No other reason needed.

On ITV – The Level started on Friday 30th September. If like me you love a police drama then The Level has six episodes to entertain you this autumn.

On Netflix – The Amanda Knox documentary has just been uploaded. Believe her? Suspect her? Trial of the decade, trial by media and no happy ending. True life is always compelling viewing.

At the cinema – If you’ve not already seen Bad Moms and Bridget Jones’s Baby – GO! If you have, Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children is now at the Cinema.

At the Trafford Centre – you can still catch Amaluna until 9th Oct, then its off overseas returning to London in January 2017. It’s a truly amazing show.
